On Travelling
People started travelling in the ancient times. The first travellers
were pilgrims, nomads and explorers. Travelling was really dangerous in
those days, but there were always brave and daring people who went on
discovering new lands, in search of wealth and fame.
Nowadays things have changed significantly. Hundreds of companies
are willing to help you if you are planning to go somewhere. You
are free to choose where to go: you may want to spend a vacation in the
mountains or by the sea, and a plane will take you to the place of your
choice in a matter of hours. A lot of people will cater to the needs of the
travellers in hotels and holiday centres all over the world. Visitors are
amused and taken care of in any possible way.
Holidaymaking has become one of the most profitable industries,
and the budget of many countries, such as Turkey, Egypt and Greece
depends on tourism a lot. Travelling has become easier — and maybe
less exciting.

1.No doubt, our health depends on our way of life.
2.That means that we must take care of our health.
3. I think the saying “Health is above wealth” is true.
4.Those who want to be healthy must try hard.
5.They should eat only healthy food.
6.Of course they should do sports and find time for morning exersices.
7.Remember:  Movement is life!
8.They shouldn't eat too much fried food and fast food like chips and burgers, but they should eat more vegetables and fruits.
9.It's very useful to swim and to spend much time in the open air.
10. It's necessary to have rest and sleep enough every day.

Victory Day. One of the most remarkable public events in my country is the Victory Day. It is traditionally celebrated on the 9th of May. This patriotic holiday commemorates the victory of the USSR over the Nazi Germany. Every year in honour of this day in all cities across the country lots of cheerful parades and celebrations are held. Despite the fact that the holiday is celebrated in a flamboyant way, May 9 is a sad day for the majority of our population. Many people have lost their loved ones and close relatives during this ruthless war. From one hand everyone is happy that the country wasn’t occupied by the fascist invaders, from the other hand everyone grieves over their loss. On this day we are grateful to our saviors, to those who sacrificed their lives for us. That’s why we try to celebrate this day with honours. Some part of younger generation doesn’t understand the importance of this event, which I think is disrespectful. In my opinion, the Victory Day is one of the greatest holidays during the year. Some of my ancestors also took part in the Great Patriotic War of 1945, and I’m proud of them.
