Приседания делаются скорее не для похудения. А для укрепления мышц ягодиц, бедер и икр приседания придать подтянутую форму телу. За счет этого может улучшаться внешний вид. А в килограммах можно не потерять: мышцы растут и они тоже имеют вес.
Надо понимать, что 100 приседаний - это немного. Важно, чтобы это было 100 правильно сделанных приседаний. И не было противопоказаний со стороны суставов.
В общем на одних приседаниях можно совсем не похудеть. Питание правильное и другие меры обязательны.
Я долго приседала и больше сотни в день, а видимого эффекта не было. Только суставы угробила окончательно.
