14­річний Олесь скоїв умисне вбивство у стані сильного душевного хвилювання. Суд звільнив Олеся від кримінальної відповідальності і
направив його до профтехучилища соціальної реабілітації строком на три роки.

А ) Признаки государства :

- каждый трудо человек должен иметь возможность зарабатывать на себя и содержание всей семьи . 
- нетрудо или граждане , не имеющие по каким - либо причинам возможности трудиться ( дети , больные , инвалиды , пенсионеры , безработные , беженцы  и переселенцы .
