The 1st of April is also called a fool's day. is one of the most interesting and funny days of the year. Its origins are uncertain. Some see it as a celebration related to the turn of the seasons, while others believe it stems from the adoption of a new calendar. It is a time for the traditional playing of pranks upon unsuspecting people...the victim of such a prank being called an April Fool.. It is possible to play jokes on friends, parents, relatives. Sometimes we try to play jokes on our teachers if they have a sense of humour. We say that something is wrong with her hair-do when in fact all is in order. We can say that we are not ready for the lesson but then we read texts well and retell them in a proper way. Our jokes are silly and gay that's why the teachers are not angry.

Both my parents are geologists; they research the types of mineral deposits. I have lived in seven towns of Russia and I want to live only in one town very much. I lived in Gelendzhik a few years ago and I realized that I want to live by the Black Sea. The sea charmed me. I dream of having a double-storey house with a swimming pool behind it. I wish I had my own room and we could see the sea out of the living room window. If we had such house I’d be the happiest person. I like reading and drawing very much that’s why I want to have a library and in the evenings I would draw beautiful views surrounding our house. I wish there were a big kitchen in our house where my whole family could have dinner. I would also like to have a big TV set and a huge fireplace in our living room. I hope my dream will come true soon.Меня зовут Татьяна. Мне 13 лет. Мы с родителями часто переезжаем из города в город. Мои родители геологи – исследователи, они исследуют типы месторождений полезных ископаемых. Я жила в семи городах России и очень хочу, чтобы мы жили только в одном городе. Несколько лет назад, прожив пять месяцев в Геленджике, я поняла, что очень хочу жить на берегу Чёрного моря. Море просто заворожило меня. Я мечтаю, чтобы у нас был двухэтажный дом, а за ним был бы бассейн. Было бы здорово, если бы у меня была собственная комната, а из окна гостиной было бы видно море. Если бы у нас был такой дом, тогда я была бы самым счастливым человеком. Я очень люблю читать и рисовать и хотела бы, чтобы в этом доме у нас была библиотека, а по вечерам я бы рисовала красивые пейзажи, окружающие наш дом. Мне бы хотелось, чтобы в нашем доме была большая кухня, где бы мы обедали всей семьёй. Также я хотела бы, чтобы у нас в гостиной стоял большой телевизор и был огромный камин. Вечерами мы могли бы там собирать все вместе. Я надеюсь, что моя мечта скоро сбудется.
