KRAKEN is a Scandinavian variant of Saratana and Arabic dragon or a sea serpent. In 1752-1754 Dane Eric Pontopitidian, the Bishop of Bergen, wrote in "Natural history of Norway", that "floating Islands is always Kraken". Among the juvenilias of Alfred Tennyson, the English poet of the XIX century, there is one poem dedicated to Kraken: …   According to legends, the back of Kraken has a mile and a half in width, and tentacles can cover the largest ship.   In addition, Kraken has a habit of obscuring the sea water by eruption of some liquid.
