Hello. My name is Robert Smith and I work for Alphabet. I have already contacted you before. I want to look into some important details and ask questions.

First of all, I need to know about conference halls for the seminar we will be holding in your hotel. How many seats are there and how big is it? Second of all, I need to book ten double deluxe rooms and two deluxe single rooms. Third of all, I would like to see a list of prices and to know if there is a possibility of any discount.
